Matrixwork is an emergent body of work that Lexi has brought forward through her ongoing work in groups. It derives from Constellation Work and The Fields of Knowing and works with similar concepts, movements, and structures. Unlike typical constellation work that focuses on an individual, Matrixwork is a “collective” process each time, often addressing universal concepts that apply to many or all of the participants or even to the community at large, The Whole.
Participants gain the most benefit from this process when they are comfortable in their ability as a representative and have some amount of comfort navigating The Fields through previous Constellation experience. As with other processes led by Lexi, we begin with a brief grounding and centering meditation and then move into The Matrix, the place where what is wanted of us reveals itself.
Specifically, we discover how our individual work is connected to the work of the collective. Our “personal” struggles are able to link in to the Matrix from which they come, and then either disperse or strengthen depending on what is called for. The result of a Matrixwork process is that every participant gets to do a specific piece of their own work each time and link their own work to the service of The Whole.
Matrixwork is incredible for sensitives (you dear reader) and for people who serve the collective and often suffer as a result. We begin to understand that what we take personally is not so personal and, furthermore, that when we stop struggling, we are contributing to the good of The Whole.
